- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with phamacueticals suppliers to achieve the best possible deals.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual agreements.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and pricing.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Ensure that all procured products meet the required quality and regulatory standards.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance.
