- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and export/local business functions.
- Oversee the processing of sales and purchase invoices, ensuring timely collections and vendor payments.
- Ensure systems and procedures adhere to company policies while maintaining accuracy and timelines.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of sub-ledgers (AP and AR) with the General Ledger for trial closings.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual closings.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports for AR and AP functions.
- Support and coordinate with auditors during external audits of the company.
