- Supervise the planning, design, and implementation of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems on the construction site.
- Oversee and manage daily maintenance operations of machinery, equipment, and facilities, ensuring optimal functionality and minimal downtime by coordinating with technicians and support staff to promptly address any maintenance issues.
- Create and execute a preventive maintenance schedule to ensure timely servicing of equipment, minimizing breakdowns and prolonging asset life.
- Lead troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and facility issues, coordinating with internal teams or contractors for major repairs and upgrades.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials, ensuring timely procurement, tracking usage, and optimizing levels to minimize downtime and costs.
- Enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance, conducting regular audits and training to maintain a safe working environment for the maintenance team.
- Supervise and guide the maintenance team, providing training, and performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
