We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service to customers, resolving inquiries, and maintaining positive customer relationships. This role requires strong

Communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Customer Support: Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. Resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of company services and policies to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
  • Issue Resolution: Address concerns or issues raised by candidates or clients related to recruitment, job placements, and onboarding, and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Database Management: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s system.
  • Collaborative Communication: Work closely with recruitment teams, account managers, and other internal teams to ensure the smooth flow of information and that client and candidate needs are met. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and company offerings to provide the best possible service to clients and candidates.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1 – 3 Years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients, candidates and internal teams.
  • Passion for providing excellent service with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
