Quality Control Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Manager responsible for overseeing standard testing of empty hard gelatine capsules in our laboratory. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the stringent quality requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Standard Testing:
- Oversee the standard testing processes for empty hard gelatine capsules in the laboratory.
- Ensure that testing procedures are conducted accurately and in compliance with established protocols.
Quality Control Oversight:
- Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality-related issues.
Laboratory Management:
- Manage and lead the Quality Control laboratory team.
- Ensure the availability of necessary resources and equipment for efficient testing operations.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing activities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on quality control metrics and findings.

Qualifications:

Pharm-D or Master's in Chemistry.
Minimum of 8 years of work experience in the Quality Control department of a pharmaceutical company.
In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong leadership and managerial skills.
Proficiency in quality control testing techniques and instrumentation.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical quality control.
