SEO / Social Media Manager

We are seeking a talented and motivated SEO / Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in both search engine optimization and social media management, with a strong understanding of how the two areas work together to drive business growth. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

SEO:

Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for website optimization
Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements for target keywords and user experience
Develop and execute link building strategies to improve website authority and credibility
Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and other performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices
Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement SEO best practices
Provide SEO recommendations and guidance to clients and team members

Social Media:

Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and target audience
Create and publish high-quality content across multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
Engage with the audience through social media, responding to comments and messages, and building community relationships
Monitor social media metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use data to inform future strategies
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and creative, to create social media campaigns that align with broader marketing initiatives
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices and incorporate them into social media strategies
Monitor and report on competitor and industry activity across social media platforms
Create and manage social media advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook and Instagram

Requirements:

1-5 years of experience in SEO and social media management
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
Experience with keyword research and analysis tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
Proficiency in website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various social media platforms
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Experience with graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies
Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships
Experience with community management and engagement strategies
