Responsibilities:

Craft customized social media posts that match clients' brands and catch the eye.
Work closely with the marketing team to grasp client needs, target audience, and campaign goals.
Spruce up templates with graphics, images, and illustrations.
Use Figma, the industry standard, to design and prototype templates.
Keep an eye on design trends and graphic designing best practices.
Team up with copywriters to blend text and visuals seamlessly.
Continuously refine templates based on feedback and performance data.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Previous experience in graphic design, especially email templates, is a big plus.
Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Solid grasp of color theory, typography, and composition.
Keen attention to detail and a knack for creating visually stunning designs that align with brands.
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Great communication skills for sharing design ideas effectively.
Self-motivated and eager to keep up with design trends and industry standards.

Salary Range: 30K - 50K Per Month
