Production Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Lahore. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, including coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers, managing inventory, and ensuring timely production and delivery of products. The Production Manager will work closely with the design team and provide input on budgeting, costing and managing the overall production schedule of the products.

Qualifications

Excellent organizational and time management skills along with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role with strong knowledge of garment construction and development
Understanding of the manufacturing and textile industry, including production processes, materials, and supplier management
Proficient in computer programs such as Excel and Outlook
Effective communication, leadership and interpersonal skills will be an added advantage
Strong analytical and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering or related field is preferred.
