  • Stay updated with search engine algorithms and updates to adapt the strategy accordingly.
  • Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists, content creators, designers, and other relevant roles. Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment to achieve team goals.

  • Develop and implement a link-building strategy that focuses on acquiring high-quality, relevant backlinks from authoritative sources to improve the website's domain authority.
  • Regularly analyze key SEO metrics using tools like SemRush, Aherf, Google Analytics, Search Console etc. Prepare weekly reports to audit our work and plan accordingly.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques to adapt strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive ranking.
  • Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices to adapt strategies accordingly and maintain compliance with search engine guidelines.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication within the SEO team and cross-functionally with service providers, such as marketing, design, and development. Collaborate to align SEO efforts with broader marketing and business strategies.
  • eSet measurable goals and KPIs for the SEO team, track performance against these metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Conduct a SWOT analysis of the website, Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and coming threats.
  • User Experience (UX) Focus: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure the website provides a seamless and engaging user experience, which can indirectly impact search engine rankings.
  • Be aware of potential SEO risks, such as black-hat tactics or algorithm penalties, and ensure the team adheres to ethical and best practices to maintain long-term success.
  • Understanding of local search optimization techniques for businesses targeting specific geographic locations.
  • Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in the SEO field.
