We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales / Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and marketing, with proven leadership skills and the ability to drive business growth. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies that align both sales and marketing efforts, ensuring the achievement of revenue and market share objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and providing the necessary tools and motivation to achieve targets.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, provide regular updates, and adjust strategies based on market trends and team performance.
  • Contract Negotiation: Oversee negotiations with clients and close high-value deals that align with the company’s profitability goals.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital, print, and other media to support sales efforts.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee the company’s online presence, including website, social media, and digital advertising efforts, ensuring optimized lead generation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing management.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in driving sales and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Marketing Skills: Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, brand management, and lead generation.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate clear strategies and provide persuasive pitches to clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure performance, and optimize both sales and marketing efforts.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and digital analytics platforms.
