AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer at Medviz Systems, you will be responsible for developing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions to drive innovation and efficiency in our healthcare technology platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and healthcare professionals, to design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your AI expertise to real-world healthcare challenges and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex healthcare problems.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and healthcare professionals to design and deploy AI solutions.
Analyze and preprocess large datasets to ensure data quality and relevance.
Train, test, and validate AI models to ensure accuracy and performance.
Integrate AI solutions into existing healthcare technology platforms.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI models and make improvements as needed.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and apply them to healthcare applications.
Document AI development processes and methodologies to ensure reproducibility and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
1-3 years of experience in AI and machine learning, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
