Key Responsibilities:

Identify relevant job postings on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
Write tailored and persuasive proposals that align with the client’s needs.
Communicate effectively with potential clients to clarify project requirements and scope.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up on potential opportunities.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure proposals are aligned with our capabilities and business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Track and report on bidding performance and success rates.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role in freelancing platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of IT services, especially in web and mobile development, consultancy, and marketing.
Ability to understand client requirements and craft proposals that meet those needs.
Knowledge of market trends and the ability to identify profitable opportunities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of securing projects on Upwork or other freelancing platforms.
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
Experience in the tech industry, with knowledge of software development, is a plus.
