We`re seeking an experienced Bakery Manager to oversee daily bakery operations, manage staff, and ensure high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bakery production, scheduling, and workflow.
- Supervise baking, decorating, and packaging.
- Ensure timely delivery of products.
- Staff ManagementRecruit, and develop bakery staff
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Inventory ManagementTrack ingredient levels and usage
- .Order supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Maintain inventory records.
- Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve complaints and issues promptly.
- Foster positive customer relationships.
