At Multinet we are looking for a Data Center Engineer in Karachi, which entails organizational assistance through its different stages and/or aspects, as and when needed.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Monitor & maintain data center IT & power network as per standards.
Monitor & manage day-to-day operations of data centers.
Monitor & maintain data center power, cooling & network infrastructure as per standards.
Ensure that data center SOPs are followed in day-to-day operations.
Ensure that the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are being followed accordingly.
Work with support ticketing systems, manage assigned tickets, provide appropriate follow-up and resolve with meeting service catalog guidelines.
Manage and maintain all Data Center documentation.

Requirements:

BS Electrical/Electronics Engineer
1 to 2 years’ experience in Tier-II/Tier-III data center operations
Experience with Emerson/Vertiv, Eaton & APC UPS, PDU, and environmental control hardware (HVAC units) will be preferred.
Must have strong communication skills to deal with domestic & International clients.
Must be willing to work in rotating shifts.
