Key Responsibilities:

Drive the vehicle carefully according to the official policy and protocols
Follow official timings, and keep himself in a clean and ready position to work in all conditions.
Be ready to be called from the office in emergency situations.
Ensures the security of passengers and the vehicle in all conditions.
Maintains the smooth-running condition of the assigned vehicle.
In case of mechanical problems, immediately notify the immediate supervisor.
Maintains an accurate, up-to-date logbook: records mileage, fuel receipts, servicing, repairs, accidents, other incidents, etc.
Daily maintenance includes the daily check and subsequent maintenance of oil level, fuel level, battery level, brake and clutch fluid level and tyres.
Always work according to the rules for drivers – maintain the cleanliness of the assigned vehicle, correctly load and unload goods to be transported, and safeguard the vehicle in every possible way.
Assist in annual vehicle inspection.
Perform preventive and regular maintenance on the vehicle, keep the vehicle clean, and do the necessary technical check-ups every day.
Maintain a valid driver’s license, ready at all times for inspection.
Parks the vehicle at a safe place while on field activity.
Make sure third-party insurance coverage is maintained.
