- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets in the camera technology industry.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
- Identifying the prospects of dealership.
- Recruiting and contacting with new dealership in camera industry.
- Overcoming and closing sales abilities.
- Ability meeting sales targets,tasks and roles
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and increase brand awareness.
Requirements:
- A person with a positive attitude and punctual towards his job
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the camera or electronics industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Speak english fleuntly
