• Management of recruitment and retention
  • Employee relations and conflict management
  • Management of People and Culture
  • Implementation of training and development plans
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements
  • Management of induction and onboarding/offboarding processes
  • HR Strategic organizational input
  • Call the candidates and other arrangements for the interview
  • Check employee compliances
  • Update all the documentation process of employees in our record
  • Ensuring compliance with company policy
  • Provide guidance and assistance to management, and other personnel as needed
  • Establish and implement orientation and training programs to help with recruitment efforts and to get employees equipped for their duties
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Manage and update employee’s Loan/advances, bonus, Gifts, attendance and salary record.
  • Manage and supervise the office and admin related tasks to smooth the operations.
  • Any other task assigned by directors/management.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Large team handling experience shall be mandatory
  • 16 years’ education in HR and related certification
  • Strong linguistic skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational ability, initiative, and creativity
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to priorities work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work

Salary + Benefits:

  • Salary (70K to 150K)
