PKR. 70,000 - 150,000/Month
- Management of recruitment and retention
- Employee relations and conflict management
- Management of People and Culture
- Implementation of training and development plans
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements
- Management of induction and onboarding/offboarding processes
- HR Strategic organizational input
- Call the candidates and other arrangements for the interview
- Check employee compliances
- Update all the documentation process of employees in our record
- Ensuring compliance with company policy
- Provide guidance and assistance to management, and other personnel as needed
- Establish and implement orientation and training programs to help with recruitment efforts and to get employees equipped for their duties
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Manage and update employee’s Loan/advances, bonus, Gifts, attendance and salary record.
- Manage and supervise the office and admin related tasks to smooth the operations.
- Any other task assigned by directors/management.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Large team handling experience shall be mandatory
- 16 years’ education in HR and related certification
- Strong linguistic skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational ability, initiative, and creativity
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to priorities work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work
Salary + Benefits:
- Salary (70K to 150K)
