Ensure IT services are available 24x7x365.
Manage and monitor LAN and WAN Network Infrastructure.
Ensure internet services is available for users with zero down time.
Assist in managing virtual server environment.
Ensure security of network while providing services to remote and VPN users.
Maintain security logs, alerts and graphs
Share activity report twice a day.
Update firmware and patches and maintain logs.
Monitor BMS, CCTV and PRTG regularly and raise complaints if there is any issue
Maintain backup of critical servers and test restoration every month through drill.
Provide support to group companies for their day to day tasks and during their visit at ITRC.
Ensure equipment backup is available, whenever required.
Assist in developing and maintaining ITRC dashboard for ISP connectivity, firewall logs, user activities, VPN connections and server health check.
Ensure governance documents are maintained and updated.
