As a Chat Support Agent, you will provide top-notch customer service through live chat, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via live chat and respond promptly.

  • Assist with customer questions, issues, and requests.
  • Maintain professionalism and positivity in communications.
  • Document interactions and suggest service improvements.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets (response times, satisfaction).

Requirements:

  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position with earnings based on performance. After successfully completing probation, a performance certificate will be awarded
