A leading digital marketing agency is looking for a Performance Marketing Assistant to join our team at our office based in Lahore. If you have 1-2 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of Performance Marketing strategies, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversions are met.
Assist in audience research, keyword planning, and A/B testing of creatives and ad copy.
Assist with setting up conversion tracking, pixel/tag implementation, and Google Analytics reporting.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad assets.
Generate regular performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients.
Support the senior marketing team in scaling campaigns and exploring new paid media channels.
Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and new tools/technologies in performance marketing.

Key Requirements:

1–2 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.).
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Solid understanding of performance metrics and data-driven decision making.
Familiarity with A/B testing strategies, retargeting campaigns, and audience segmentation.
Basic knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and funnel strategy is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
