MERN Stack Instructor

We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Instructor who is passionate about teaching and mentoring aspiring developers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MERN stack development and a proven track record of teaching in boot camps, universities, or training institutes.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver a comprehensive 6-7 month MERN Stack course (Beginner to Advanced level).
Teach React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, JavaScript, ES6+, APIs, Authentication, and Deployment.
Conduct live coding sessions, hands-on projects, and real-world applications.
Provide structured learning paths, coding challenges, and assessments for students.
Guide students on best coding practices, debugging, and optimization techniques.
Mentor students on career paths, technical interviews, and portfolio building.
Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and integrate new technologies into the curriculum.
Maintain a motivating and engaging classroom environment (both online and on-site).

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in teaching/training (boot camps, universities, or coding institutes).
Expertise in HTML, CSS and JAVASCRIPT
Strong expertise in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Hands-on experience with state management (Redux, Context API), REST APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, Docker, CI/CD.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript , Git, and deployment (AWS, Vercel, Netlify).
Experience in building and deploying full-stack applications.
Ability to break down complex concepts and explain them to beginners.
Strong communication skills, patience, and mentorship abilities.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and shaping the next generation of developers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in software engineering/ computer science
Prior experience in curriculum development for bootcamps or training programs.
Experience with Next.js, React Native, or DevOps is a plus.
Industry experience in software development and contributing to open-source projects.
