Experience:
Proven experience 3-4 years in sales, preferably in the chemical industry or a related field.
Experience in managing sales teams and driving growth in competitive markets.
Familiarity with chemical products, market trends, and customer needs.
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies for the chemical sector.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
Market research ability to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team.
Proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Problem-solving skills to address client challenges with suitable solutions.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of chemical products (e.g., raw materials, specialty chemicals).
Knowledge of safety regulations and industry compliance standards (e.g., REACH, OSHA, FDA).
Understanding of chemical market dynamics and growth opportunities.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for managing leads and sales performance.
Ability to interpret technical data and present it clearly to customers.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
