Finance / Accounts Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Finance & Accounts Specialist to manage and oversee the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing payments, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure smooth financial processes.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with ERP software.
Strong knowledge of cash flow management, corporate tax, and auditing processes.
2-3 years of experience in a related field.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work during the designated hours (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM).

Responsibilities

Manage order fulfillment within the software.
Verify and record expenses accurately in the system.
Record and classify transactions, including income and expenditures, into various accounts.
Maintain effective communication with vendors.
Perform daily banking activities.
Reconcile financial entries within the system to ensure accuracy.
