We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and client meetings to understand customer needs.
  • Present and promote company products/services to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
