We are looking for a Peformance Marketing Specialist to drive performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms. If you have a data-driven mindset, love optimizing ads, and are passionate about digital growth, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for performance improvements.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with insights.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends and algorithm changes.
- Collaborate with the creative team for ad copies, visuals, and landing page improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4-5 years of experience in Peformance Marketing / Paid Media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and GA4.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
