We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Agent to join our dynamic call center team. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities & Set Skill Required:

  • Experience in Inbound Customer Handling
  • Effective Communication and problem-solving skills
  • Provide Accurate Information regarding products, services,s and account status
  • Minimum three months (3) months of experience in handling Customer Service Inbound Calls
  • Meet performance targets for call resolutions, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Ability to handle pressure with empathy
  • Courteous and Disciplined 
  • Pleasant Urdu Accent 
  • Preferably graduate in any discipline. 
  • Flexible in any shift (morning, Evening & Night)
  • No Gazetted Holidays are allowed 

The shift timings would be either 8 am to 4 pm or 4 pm to 12 am. It would be 8 hours shift including one (1) hour break time.

Salary:

Gross Salary is 22,000 with KPIs (3,000) per month, inclusive of all allowances.
