We are seeking a skilled and experienced GTO Machine Operator to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the GTO printing machine, ensuring quality standards are met, minimizing downtime, and contributing to the smooth flow of the printing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the GTO Offset Printing Machine efficiently and effectively.
Set up printing jobs, including plate installation, ink mixing, and paper loading.
Ensure the correct settings are applied according to the job specifications (color registration, ink levels, pressure, etc.).
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on the machine to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect printed materials during and after production for quality control (checking color consistency, alignment, cutting, etc.).
Identify and correct printing errors to minimize material wastage.
Coordinate closely with the Production Manager and other departments to meet job deadlines.
Manage daily maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting the GTO machine.
Maintain accurate production records and daily job sheets.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during machine operation.
Assist with other production tasks if needed, including helping other machine operators or production staff.
Report any major machine issues immediately to the maintenance or operations team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience operating a GTO Offset Printing Machine (at least 1–2 years preferred).
Knowledge of printing processes, inks, papers, and machine maintenance.
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical printing problems quickly.
Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods during production shifts.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict production deadlines.
Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
Basic mechanical skills to handle minor repairs and adjustments.
