We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior HR Manager to support the HR department in managing key functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The Junior HR Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring a productive and engaged workforce while aligning HR practices with the company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist in workforce planning and job posting across various platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final selections.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution.
Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and company culture.
Support internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and motivated.
3. Performance Management & Training
Assist in executing performance appraisal processes and feedback mechanisms.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Maintain training records and track employee progress.
4. HR Compliance & Administration
Ensure company HR policies are in line with local labor laws and industry best practices.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation.
Assist in payroll processing by ensuring proper documentation of attendance and leaves.
5. Compensation & Benefits
Support the implementation of competitive salary structures and benefits programs.
Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and claim processes.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices sector.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
