This is a full-time remote role for a Cold Caller at Peel HR. The Cold Calling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates, introducing job opportunities, and screening candidates for suitability. This role plays a crucial part in the candidate selection and recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Cold calling, Sales, and Communication skills
- Experience in recruitment or customer service
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proven track record of meeting targets and goals
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in HR or staffing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
