You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, generating new business leads, and fostering strong client relationships. Your role will be crucial in meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Generate and qualify new business leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Create and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in lead generation and achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for the industry and a solid understanding of market dynamics is a plus.
