To provide effective assistance to the shared services and procurement.

Essential Responsibilities: 

1.     Assisting procurement officer in preparation of solicitation documents by making photocopies, scanning of documents and gathering of quotations from the market as per supervisor’s instruction;

2.     Assisting the procurement team in bid opening process and preparation of files with labeling for bid evaluation meetings;

3.     Make sure that procurement department files are maintained as per Penny Appeal procedure;

4.     Support the requesting department in raising Purchase Requisitions (PRs) by making sure that the PRs are raised as per the approved procedure and authorization table, before receiving them for further procurement process;

5.     Keep record of PRs submitted by requesting the department and updating the status of each PR in the tracking sheet as per instruction of supervisor;

6.     Performs all other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement:

1.     Fresh or 3 to 6 months experience in a similar role.

2. Bachelor in Logistics, Business Administration or a relevant field

Skills.

1.     Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

2.     Proactive and efficient

3.     Flexible and adaptable
