· Doing a short screening interview to assess language and communication skills
· Coordinating with team leads, get their requirements for the vacant position
· Select time slot for interviews for team leads before scheduling the in-person interview
· Conducting their English writing assessment test which will be done before the interview with the team lead or the Co-founder of the company
· Updating comments and all the details on ATS sheet
· Handling reference check and sending Offer email to the candidate via email
· Arranging welcome pack for the new joiners
· Sending email to candidates for their credentials
· Conducting orientation session by presenting presentation slides
