In my professional journey, I have had the privilege of working with AKU-EB as an invigilator and spot checker, which has taught me valuable skills in attention to detail and quality assurance. Additionally, I served as a Campus Ambassador at Buraaq Association and was promoted to the role of Regional Head, where I successfully executed various initiatives and led a team of enthusiastic members to achieve our organizational goals. These experiences earned me recognition and appreciation certificates from both AKU-EB and Buraaq Association, serving as a testament to my dedication and hard work. Through these roles, I honed my skills in project management, leadership, and team-building. Currently, I am working as the Vice Principal at Madina Model High School in Ratodero, where I continue to foster an environment of academic excellence and community engagement. I am also a Teaching License Qualified professional, further reinforcing my commitment to education and professional growth.
As the Vice Principal of Madina Model High School, I provide visionary leadership, manage academic programs, and foster a positive school culture. My duties include overseeing curriculum development, providing teacher training and support through professional development, ensuring student safety and well-being, and engaging with the community to enhance educational opportunities. I also manage school operations, budget, and compliance with regulations, all while promoting a collaborative environment focused on academic excellence.
