I have demonstrated competencies of envisioning, planning, coordinating, evaluating and researching education and development projects at regional and national level. I have in-depth knowledge of Administration and results framework, field based monitoring, designing of monitoring evaluation mechanisms, using participatory approach, planning of surveys, efficient planning, useful and adoptable data analysis, data management, data visualization and descriptive analysis reports./p/p
Where my duties are,
Introduce the overall program concept, approach, methodology and SUCCESS Program components to have a long-term vision of the program.
Supervise and lead the social mobilization teams in performing effective social mobilization at community level.
Planning as per need and capacity, ensure team work, coordinate and support district and sector professionals for the effective implementation of the program activities.
Prepare and submit progress reports on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis or as required by the program.
Represent TRDP at different forums, meetings and workshops.
Ensure the proper documentation at office and field level. Keeping in view the nature of the EU project requirements SOCB would give this part of his/her role the top priority.
Deliver capacity building session on CMST, LMST, CAT trainings as per the project guidelines and standard defined procedures set out in Project implementation manual of the project.
Ensure that the community organization identify beneficiaries as per need and criteria and guide social mobilization teams in preparing CIF and Grants proposals as per community needs and also ensure the proper utilization and record keeping at field level.
Supervise and monitor the CRPs and book keepers and facilitate communities in identification of right and eligible persons.
Facilitate communities in identification of infrastructure schemes and resolve community conflicts with support from line/district management.
Guide communities about the micro health insurance products, its benefits, health facilities and the process.
Follow the project document in performing program activity at any stage and ensuring the transparency in program implementation. And communicate timely the areas of risk associated with the program implementation.
Preparing monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual reports about social mobilization activities.
Carrying out any other special assignment given by the supervisor.
Where my duties were,
Planning/coordinating a strategy to reach out to the communities in Dadu District.
Planning and implementing awareness programs in rural areas of Dadu with minimal assistance.
Developing monitoring tools for spot-checking and back-checking surveys.
Working towards completion spot-checking and back-checking surveys within time specified by managing team.
Prepare work plans/work schedules for all planned activities and ensure these are submitted to the Program Officers, Program and M&E Managers for approval as per agreed dates of implementation and project cycle.
