Responsible for maintaining customer master data, recording and reconciliation of customer receipts in SAP and closing them against invoices by calculating Income Tax and Sales tax withheld (SRB, PRA, ICT) on each invoice. Recording and reconciliation of inter company debit notes (Cherat Cement, Cherat Packaging, Unicol, Zensoft). Monitoring customer receivables and reporting to the management.
Accounts Receivable Officer
Worked as an Accounts Receivable officer inEngro Polymer and Chemicals Limited in the Accounts Receiveable (A/R) function, responsible for maintain and recording of customer receipts in SAP ERP, following up with customers and dealers as well as coordinating with sales department for payments across the country, recording specialized payments through MIS and uploading them in SAP, handling customer and dealer invoices, dispatches related to LCs/Cheques/BGs, preparing month end rebates to customers and dealers and uploading them in SAP. Monitoring of customer credit limit, managing customer/dealer limit and ensuring smooth operations.
