概要
As I have completed my MSc in Rural Sociology with research topic on Impact of Climate Change on Socio Economic life of Farmers Economy and Social Aspects in Rural areas of District Faisalabad. A comprehensive understanding of the social and developmental issues is the key to take up the task of developing the marginalized communities in Pakistan. A true understanding of the local cultures, traditions, values and trends should be kept in mind while preparing and implementing any change-oriented programs while I am preparing myself for taking up the task of working for the welfare, development and advocacy for the deprived communities of Pakistan.

Referral Coordinator (VAW Center Multan)
Main Responsibilities:
Respond to helpline calls from the potential callers, conduct follow-up on helpline calls using protocols and referral data bases.
Mainain the privacy and confidentiality protocols as per ACT's guidelines.
Provide information on the GBV services and referral in cases of crisis situation by taking onboard the project Manager.
Maintain complete records/logs of clients accessing the helpline for support in both hard as well as in soft form in prescribed forms.
Assist the project manager in identifying potential clients in need of GBV. response services such as shelter, psychosocial support, legal aid, medical aid etc as well as Rehabilitation and Reintegration assistance.
Maintain an up-to-date referral directory at the GBV crisis helpline.
Provide referrals, in consultation with the client for long term psychological support, Medical support, legal aid, shelter or other support services.
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and policies of case management.
Perform all duties in line with Standard Operating Procedures of Bolo Helpline.
Follow guidelines and policy on Sexual Harassment at Workplace.
Attend case supervision by discussing cases with experts.
Attend all training activities organized by the department and ACT.
Support Bolo Helpline Manager in handling Crisis Cases concerning GBV.
Any Other task assigned by the manager
Center Manager
As. Center Manager role and responsibilities are primary functions of the GBV Manager are to support the planning and implementation of GBV programming, oversee the quality of the GBV prevention activities implemented, build capacity, manage the GBV technical team, provide technical support to other sectorial experts under the programs, ensure GBV prevention integrated to other program activities.
