To analyze the price of components & inquire with the vendor.
Follow-up from Vendor for monitoring development process.
Visit to vendors for visualize, inspect processes & to rectify problems if any.
Coordination with Q.A for inspection of tooling, fixtures & jigs of vendor.
Regarding new development of parts visiting vendor facility to rectify development problems if any.
Engaged in procurement and Fabrication work of Assembly Line of ‘Belarus’ Tractor.
Preparation of BOM, Deletion program and SKD or Assembling operation of tractor.
I have been involved in development, procurement and Assembly work of 25 & 40 KVA Gen-sets.

Preparation of Drawings of Tractor Parts and Assembly Tools etc. on Reverse Engineering basis after detailed measurement of actual parts using Auto Cad & making 2D Drawings. Maintain and update the record of drawings being prepared and issued. Coordinate with QC department regarding Parts drawings/ Parts Issuance.

Manage schedule for vehicle maintenance, receive customers and register jobs, interact with Customers to know the nature of their automotive problems.
Handle customer calls and inquiries, prepare a list of problems, estimation and completion of repair on time Advice customers for maintenance contracts and current promotions in case of additional repairs.
Ensuring delivery of vehicle to the customer on time after finishing job on time. Adhere to company safety standard policies and procedure, Self-check all finished jobs properly and update customer for next upcoming inspection as per company standards.
