QA/QC Lab Chemist
• Manage a Team of QC Analyst, QC Inspector & Process Sampler to achieve Q-KPI as targeted by Unilever Pakistan Limited, Production of Tower Route Enzymatic Detergent Powder Surf Excel, Sunlight & Rin (200 T/Day).
• Ensure products are manufactured and released according to UPL specifications & QMS requirements.
• Collection, generation and archiving Quality core processes data and documentation as per Unilever QMS requirements.
• Ensure batch release documents compilation, its review and batch release on timely manner.
• Assist QA/QC Manager and team of R&D under the Umbrella of United Detergents to develop new products.
• Internal Auditor to contact CGMP22716, ISO 19001:2005, PSQCA, ECC Audits.
• Practical experience of various analytical instruments such as HPLC, Gallery Plus, Spectrophotometer in reference qualitative and quantitative analysis of all raw material, packing material, finish goods etc.
• Quality Assurance & Quality Control SAP end user
• Scientific Researcher to formulate new products (Home & Personal care).
• 5S Coordinator to Ensure standard working environment On-site.
• Management of Documents related to Audits and routine analysis.
