Organize training events for suppliers to aware them about out quality standards.

Supervise all shifts online quality inspections & online shift AQL.
Supervise all incoming quality inspection & taking decision to avoid production loss.
Taking decision on hold or rejected lots as per standards.
Responsible for production loss if this happens due to the quality matter.
Trailing for new supplier's raw material,select them on the basis of quality standards & cost.
Visiting & auditing to the suppliers to keep them train according to our standards.
Responsible for making corrective & preventing action form on the complain of customer.

Online quality inspection according to the brand standards.
Maintain daily hourly report of inspection.
Incoming raw material inspection through randomly sampling.
