Responsibilities:
Customers interaction including Fill all the receipts related to performed any action in bank to meet customer demands (like multipurpose ,CDR's, SMS alert Activation, Debit card applying form, Cheque books requesation forms, etc ) and Filled Deposit slips and customers Cheques to facilitate the customer's . Also guide how to active/operate ATM card to SLUMs people.The operational staff guided me through out my duties that entails opening accounts, issuing of cheque books and ATM/debit cards
Provide administrative support to all employees.
Maintenance register and file's like mailing register , Entry of all new cheque books and record how many cheque books and ATM cards issued or recived in whole month .Manage all records about cheque books , New ATM cards , Lost and mapping ATM cards ,Parcels received/delivered in a day.
OBSERVING is the main responsibility I've done in this internship mean to say how to deal/face with harsh/rude behaviors, how to manage you workload without wasting time and stay calm always to show best performance.
Its a Call center Job it was a great experience . I worked there as a TSR for 3 months. I cooperated with my team
