<div><p>-          Correspondence with contractor, consultant and client for the site progress meetings.</p> <p>-          Prepare of schedule and look ahead plan for MEP Works.</p> <p>-          Prepare and submit the MEP technical material submittals for the client approval.</p> <p>-          Execution works for electrical system as per the design/drawings and Project specifications.</p> <p>-          Installation, testing &amp; commissioning for all types of Low Current System such as GPONE, GRM, LCS, Fire alarm System, Networking &amp; IT System, Public address System, CCTV System, electronics Security System and BMS.</p> <p>-          Setting out, marking and layout for MEP Works.</p> <p>-          Installation, assembling &amp; termination of SMDB, MCCBs, DB’s, Panels, TJB, MS Boxes, EPABX, TTB etc.</p> <p>-          Installation of Electrical Fixtures &amp; Fittings according to the drawing and specification.</p> <p>-          Site coordination for the electrical services with mechanical services such as HVAC system, Plumbing System and Piping works.</p> <p>-          Prepare and checking the IPC and Variation orders.</p> <p>-          Prepare Daily, Weekly and monthly Site progress report.</p> <p>-          Review method statements and implementation at site works.</p> <p>-          Update the logs for MEP material submittals, Purchase requests, MOM and Shop drawings.</p> <p><span lang="EN-GB">Take off the quantities from approved shop drawings and arrange materials for site activities</span></p></div>
