INVENTORY CONTROL EXECUTIVE
· Monitor all cycle count programs and ensure consistency and accuracy in same and identify all operational problems in inventory.
· Maintain record of all variances according to establish procedures and ensure accuracy of all product transfers from one facility to other.
· Prepare and update all required paperwork for vendor products and ensure accuracy in all inventories and resolve any issues in same.
· Monitor all procurement requests of facilities and ensure accuracy in all inbound Inventory and maintain record for same.
· Manage all return shipments of customers in case of any shortages and damages and communicate same to manufacturer.
· Monitor work of all inventory control personnel and ensure achievement of all objectives and provide improvements to same if required.
· Determine and ensure optimal security of all materials and arrange for all shipments as per requirement.

Responsibilities:
1- To manage complete outbound process of finished goods including picking and dispatch.
2- Place remaining stock in respective locations after picking and loading.
3- To comply up with total sales plan and dispatch of all vehicles in time.
4- To supervise complete inbound process from offloading to putaway.
5- To supervise all internal store transfer plans.
6- Proper handover and takeover of charge of pending actions and assets.
7- To insure housekeeping on the floor.
8- 5S implementation on work station.
9- Controlling the labor work.
10- Overall data processing in SAP.
Store & Production Manager
Has been promoted consistently in work responsibilities on the basis of Dedicated Committed work approach and performance demonstrated Managed, supervising and led a team.
In charge for issue, receipts, documentation, inventory, stocking and making computerized entries for the related items. Maintain inward and outward on daily basis.
Take stock on monthly basis and reconcile the same. Inform the office about new stock.
Keep track of physical stock and tally with computer records.
Receive materials take care of demurrage’s, in transit damages and taking preventive measures for the safety of stocked goods. Ensure proper documentation and process discipline among team.
Generate daily-monthly stock reports as requested by the management
Plan for upcoming goods, preventive measures and stock control.
