· Responsible for Fundraising activities for the Hospital.
· Maintain database of potential donors and their investment priorities and requirements.
· Enhance the Hospitals’ image and external visibility through an interactive website.
· Organize visits of major donors and prospective business partners to the Hospital.
· Liaise with regulating and other Government agencies for licensing and collaboration in funded health related programs.
· Assign duties to every member of the fundraising staff and periodically review those duties to make sure they are all progressing accordingly.
· Write grants and fundraising proposals to be submitted to the listed/new donors, public and private corporations.
· Pursue efforts to keep the non-profit’s public image positive, which can entail promoting events regularly.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of specific events and advertising campaigns to determine which works should be continued for the hospital
Attend special events put on by the non-profit organizations, which may include parties or charity events etc., and speak/discuss with guests about the scope and aims of the Hospital
1.Responsible for developing and setting up a centralized marking and packaging department.

Customer driven development
• Execution of customer driven sampling for UK and France ( total 11 customers/ accounts)
• Initiating, Planning and synchronizing execution of print designs from engraving layouts, strike off printing, color matching, design and effect finalization and final stitching of articles. This is also true for dyed or any other type of sampling.
• Decision making on internal failures or lacking in samples and resolving of internal disputes
• Day to day correspondence with customers regarding development, the resolution of disputes, complaints and sharing of technical information and call outs related to product
• Planning and scheduling of sample stitching department to optimize the daily output, meeting deadlines and maximum utilization of resources.
• Organizing and making arrangements for company booth/stall for international trade fairs like Heimtex , Messe Franfurt & Inter textile , Shanghai
Proactive development
• Effectively collaborating with customers and Yunus designers in developing new ideas. Assisting customers in making product selections based on specifications and requested attributes.
