Job Responsibility Prepare quarterly, monthly and weekly work plans and support the team Develop and implement an appropriate and effective WASH strategy, setting clear objectives and indicators, for WASH activities in consultation with other WASH staff and field managers, and, where appropriate, with the local communities.Continuously monitor and supervise activities, overseeing the technical design, execution and evaluation of progress through outputs and impacts using both quantitative and qualitative data.Provide input into the integration of beneficiary participation and accountabilityEnsure accurate and timely reporting of activities according to donor and other applicable timeframes and formats.Facilitate regular staff meetings to ensure awareness of project objectives, and opportunity for feedback.Conduct regular assessment of emerging needs of the flood affected people and prepare innovative concept notes to address the identified needsPrepare detailed project implementation plan and ensure implementation in accordance with AWARE polices and donor regulationsDefine the scope of the project in collaboration with senior managementEnsure implementation of high-quality programs that adhere to organizational rules and guidelines Develop technical WASH response plans and master budgetsPut in place a multi-sector MEAL plan, ensuring that it links to reporting requirements, and build capacity of technical field staff in carrying out the work. Place sector accountability mechanisms, ensuring that feedback is incorporated into project design and learning disseminated to relevant stakeholders Carry out mentoring and advisory visits to project areas in order to support designing new programs and developing proposals or review/monitor/evaluate .

Major ResponsibilitiesIdentify current and emerging risk factors, their underlying causes and actions that could help reduce the impacts of future hazards.Assess existing data and plans and liaise with humanitarian, development and to confirm DRR priorities and identify any gaps in the planned interventions to guide operational decision-making and planning.Ensure DRR elements are part of the programmes and emergency / recovery assessment. Support the Appeal and Plan of Action revision processes ensuring DRR appropriately addressed, including being mainstreamed into sectorial interventions.In coordination with DRM Coordinator and programmatic focal points, identify the opportunities and challenges to support communities to build community resilience, including building back better during the recovery, rehabilitation and reconstruction phases.Prepare guidelines related to the management of DRR & Climate Action in sectorial local branches.Elaborate capacity development plan and facilitate training sessions to introduce the climate change topicPropose and prepare a community mobilization plan by engaging local decision makers and civil society organizations to insure their involvement in all phases of DRR planningEnsure follow up of the implementation of the Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change plan of Action, ensuring integration of gender and social inclusion best practicesSupport the Preparation of the communication and awareness material regarding community mobilization on Disaster Risk Reduction along with the Communication Department.Preparation of concept notes for workshops/missions in close collaboration with multiple stakeholder such as different stakeholders and Partners at regional level.Revision of expert deliverables regarding DRR planning and risk evaluationReporting of activities of DRR.

Major ResponsibilitiesTo ensure the proper implementation and reporting of the Cash based Program Activities by supervising the Cash for Work teams and ensure that all activities are carried out and reported in an effective, efficient and transparent matter.Assist Technical Expert/Cash transfer Coordinator in Cash For Work and Unconditional Cash Transfer implementation including but not limited to beneficiary targeting, registration and supervision of community Cash For Work teams.Facilitate Communities to identify suitable Cash for Work activities and together with technical departments, Local Authorities, Stakeholders and Project Engineers design viable Cash for Work activities.Working closely with Social Cohesion and MEAL and with their technical support ensures non exclusion of special vulnerable House Holds in the project and adherence to set accountability standards.Strive to include women and differently able persons in the CFW projects identification, planning and implantationConduct regular CFW site visits to ensure that the projects are being implemented according to the plan and correct and follow up any issues raised by the internal quality teams.Plan and organize the Cash distributions for the CFW completed projects and UCT registered beneficiaries in communities responsible for. Work closely with the Distribution Officer in organizing and executing the distributions of Cash as well as Tools and materials to Project sitesEnsure effective communication of project objectives and activities to both beneficiary communities and relevant stakeholders such as local authority and community leadership.In addition to the above, the Cash Transfer Officers may be asked to carry out other duties as requested by the Cash Transfer Senior Officer, the Cash Transfer Expert and/or the Head of Project

Working on flood and covid-19 emergency project,With Collaboration ofUNOCHA 0n project of Provision of WASH assistance to the 5000 Flood-affected families in five Union Councils of Tehsil Samaro, district Umerkot.- Responsible for the monitoring of all project activities- Conduct quality control tests on all incoming data- Project Implementation, Technical Guideline & Advice  of Time (40)- Capacity Building  of Time 10- Organizational Learning, Innovation & out of Box of Time 10- Oversight and Supportive Supervision  of Time 10- Resource Mobilizations and documentation of project 20- Perform Other Duties as Assigned  of Time 10

Responsible for the monitoring of all project activities like Recruitment of volunteers/ILM-Bassadors, trainings, Mohalla committees formation process and meetings, Enrollment of children through selected ILM-Bassadors and other project related activities.Support the project coordinator in managing volunteers, ensuring timely data entry on FAFEN and British Council operated MIS portals.Verification of enrolled children in schools by Ilm-Bassadors/volunteers.Conduct quality control tests on all incoming data and ensure according to SPADO/British Council Requirements.Verifying all entries that are made onto the FAFEN portal.Visit to field to keep check and monitor the ongoing TACS project activities.
