• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.• Execute and manage routine warehouse tasks include Goods reception, packages organising, shelving, QC & packing, sorting, exceptions handling, inventory management, palletising and shipping.• Leading following categories shoes, Bags, intimate, cosmetics, jewellery, pret and print fabrics.• Managing the picking and packing productivity of picker with efficient targeted timeline.• To ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within specified timelines.• Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate at all times.• Work with Accounts department on inventory movements, inventory quantity accuracy, and investigating stock variances.• Maintain daily communication with couriers for shipping coordination, cut off time and transit time control.• Assist in working with customer service team and close the issues immediately on pending orders or any urgent issues highlighted.• Responsible for warehouse team build, daily management, staff training and disciplining, and labour coordinating.• Creates daily operational reports, as required by the reporting manager.• Perform any other task to facilitate warehouse and company’s operations.

• Handling warehouse and E-Store inventory.• Handling accessories intimate, Bags, jewelry,(RTW) Ready to Wear inventory.• Controlling inventory levels by proper allocation and stock transfers within stores and warehouses.• Coordination on daily basis with logistical partners.• Generate STR’s and fulfill them as per requirements.• To take care of all inbound and out bond shipment.• Documentation of all received and out going shipments.• Coordinating racking and storing.• Receive rejection stock from the outlets and handover to the vendors.• To manage the day by day transaction.• To prepare CN and Gate Pass.• Daily Cycle Count of the stock.
