I am working with the humanitarian and development sector in the capacities of technical experts, implementing large-scale projects, business development, and capacity development of thematic partners.
Manage Emergency WASH Projects, ensuring that all projects remain on track to achieve the intended outcomes while staying on budget and time. Take corrective action wherever necessary to maintain this performance.
Manage and supervise staff according to standard IRC guidelines including performance management, job orientation, capacity building, support in the recruitment process, and grievance handling.
Provide technical guidance, strategic leadership, and support to emergency response projects.

Work to achieve sustainable WASH outcomes for women, the poor, transgender, and persons living with disabilities (PLWDs).
In collaboration with the MEAL unit organize assessments, design surveys, and monitor mechanisms for project outcomes.
Ensure the effective communication, collaboration, and networking developed and maintained with government bodies, donors, and partners.
Develop the work plan for the sector and monitor compliance to ensure objectives and targets are met and achieved.
Enhance program efficiency and effectiveness through an evidence-based approach and implementation follow-on, including monitoring inputs, local conditions, and resources.
Identify problems and propose and implement remedial action. Identify alternative courses of action, to accelerate/improve program delivery.
Prepare guidelines and technical briefs as necessary to improve the technical capacity of the EH team.
Organize training workshops to improve existing practices and introduce new practices or ideas.
Overseeing and monitoring MEAL protocols, project accountability plans, etc.
Review and update project documents on a periodic basis to reflect the changing situation and any changes in the overall IRC response strategy.
Provide technical support to Implementing Partners (where available) on WASH aspects and ensure they are on track with all the necessary arrangements for implementation.

Assume responsibility for technical operations of the water supply and sewerage networks, including groundwater and stream intake facilities, water and sewage treatment plants, network components, and customer connections.
Advise management of current of impending technical problems in the provision of water supply and sewerage services to customers, and propose technically and financially appropriate options for the consideration of Management.
Undertake a water supply network analysis of the network and design and implement programs to cost effectively optimize the network performance, to minimize technical and non-technical losses, and to minimize the energy required to effectively operate the water supply network at the agreed level of service.
dentify and assess options to maintain water supply and sewerage services during power outages for consideration by Management. At the instruction of Management, take responsibility for the design and provision of backup power supplies to water supply and sewerage key assets.
Design and take responsibility for the implementation of preventative maintenance programs and ensure that water supply and sewerage assets remain in a serviceable condition at all times.
Supervise and take responsibility for daily monitoring the performance of the water supply network (including service reservoir levels, network pressure at strategic locations, frequency and length of service disruptions, and customer complaints) and sewerage network (including pump station outages, frequency and duration of controlled and uncontrolled sewage overflows, and customer complaints) and recording, storage, and reporting to Management.
Supervise and take responsibility for the operation and control of water supply and sewerage stores; design and implement procedures for maintaining inventories to a professional standard.
Prepare for fully costed and justified proposals for Compact grant funds for Weno water supply and sewerage network capital works and maintenance programs. The proposals will include an assessment of options and identification of the least cost solutions based on life-cycle cost analysis.
Supervise new connections to the water supply network and the installation of water meters to all water supply customers.
•Supervise, guide, monitor and evaluate field/sub-engineers of his region during their work on the survey, feasibility, assessment and preparation of estimates and implementation of Community Physical Infrastructure (CPI) schemes.
•Plan and conduct preliminary screening, review and completeness check and vet the surveys/feasibility studies, designs and estimates of Community Physical Infrastructures (CPI) schemes prone to or affected by natural or anthropogenic disasters or weathering according to relevant building codes in consultation with the programme manager and send the subproject proposals and feasibilities to PM-PTID HO for approval through online MIS.
•Assist COs in identifying sustainable and equitable infrastructure schemes.
•Assist RPM and programme manager during the finalization of schemes agreement (TOP) with COs.
•Keep a record of disbursement of CPI’s instalment/payment/with drawls to COs and vendors/suppliers and labour through online MIS.

•Plan training programme for field engineers, masons, and community and monitor/certify trainees and training adequacy for O&M of CPI’s.
•Pursue complaints received during the implementation of CPIs through a grievances redressal system and report it to the RPO through the programme manager.
•Carry out android-based real-time spot checks of CPIs integrated with online MIS.
•Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor and arrange to implement any other task assigned by PM BRACE/RPM.

• Provide detailed materials list for the project activities with required number and specifications as per approved BOQ/estimates and drawings of the project to the logistic unit for incorporating in tender documents
• Monitor field staff by tracking field activities using tools of work plans, construction check lists, quality of construction, etc.
• To take part and support organization in the process of tendering and vendor selection for the supplies construction materials for project activities as per approved design and specification:
• To manage, supervise and support staff reporting to this position using proper tools during the course of the project
• To take leading rule in beneficiary selection and verification process by field team and timely execution of the mobilization process as per approved DIP of the project
• To timely guide field teams on project activities and also work on capacity building of field team especially site supervisors/sub-engineer regarding implementation of activities as per standards and approved design in the proposal of the project

• To maintain the quality of materials/Supply as per approved samples and quality
• To plan the timely completion of targeted shelter activities as per Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) and according to standards, quality, and approved project design
• Check and maintain the completion certificate for each shelter is in hand and signed by beneficiaries, committee representative and relevant site supervisor/sub-engineer also that out puts/entitlements are as mentioned in the completion certificate
