Assistant Manager - Retail Banking Group
My current role involves in providing project management support to Bank's Network Optimization projects which includes Expansion of Branch Network in Pakistan, Relocation of branches, Mergers of two branches and coversion of Conventional branch into Islamic. The whole process is weekly tracked which is conducted by us.
Furthermore, I am responsible for making the plans which is then approved by SBP, SOPs, SLA's, policies and procedures. Moreover, I am also involved in the research in the form of industry com-scan, checking competitive bank's positioning on google maps.
Additionally, I am also responsible for all pan pakistan data reporting to SBP.
