Project Planning & Implementation
• Develop and oversee the implementation of the CIP Education Program in alignment with project goals and donor requirements.
• Ensure effective execution of activities such as teacher training, student enrollment, curriculum implementation, and community engagement.
• Monitor progress against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
Team Management & Coordination
• Lead and supervise project staff, including Education Officers, MHPSS Officers, and field teams.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and strategize solutions.
• Coordinate with other departments within Taraqee Foundation to ensure smooth program operations.
Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships
• Collaborate with government education departments, donors, NGOs, and local communities to enhance project impact.
• Represent the project in meetings, policy dialogues, and advocacy forums to address key education challenges.
• Strengthen referral mechanisms for MHPSS, GBV, and child protection in collaboration with relevant organizations.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
• Track project performance through data collection, field visits, and feedback mechanisms.
• Ensure timely reporting to donors and management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
• Support baseline studies, assessments, and evaluations to measure project impact.
Budget & Compliance Management
• Oversee project budget and ensure efficient utilization of funds in line with donor guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor regulations, and government education policies.
• Support financial and programmatic audits as required.
Challenges & Solutions
• Address teacher retention issues, salary concerns, and cultural barriers affecting girls’ education.
• Innovate strategies to improve student retention, learning outcomes, and psychosocial support.
Leading skill development program in 24 Districts of Balochistan.
Supervise the Project will all designed activities;
Coordination With ECP for finalization of Census Block List for Women Data Collection and CNIC Registration.
Coordination with NADRA for Timely Provision of Mobile Registration Van at Different Places of District.
Arranging and Conducting Public Forums at Each CBCs.
identify and compile the list of unregistered women in the assigned communities.
Organize NADRA MRVs/SMUs (car service) to travel to the targeted census blocks that are located outside a 10-kilometer radius of the nearest NRC.
Establish facilitation camps for unregistered women near the MRVs/SMUs to provide basic services such as shelter, drinking water, etc.
To transport groups of unregistered women residing within the radius of 10-kilometers from the nearest NRC to that NRC.
Facilitate the communication of vital information and distribution of printed voter information material (provided by TDEA) in their assigned working areas. Kiosks (Voter education/information stalls) will be set up to achieve the objectives.
Organize district-level advocacy and awareness events in project district/s with the help of DVECs. These events will include consultations, advocacy workshops, etc. to reach out to district-level office-bearers of major political parties, ECP and NADRA officials, CSOs, media professionals and other stakeholders in order to highlight the issue of gender-gap on electoral rolls.
Conduct monthly project review meetings with the project staff and volunteers to review progress on assigned targets, plan and coordinate upcoming activities and discuss any challenges faced during the implementation of activities.
