Job Description:
⚫ Trims planning according to decided TNA plan.
⚫ Ensure weekly & monthly PPR, Cutting, induction stitching plan
accordingly to x- factory /priorities
⚫ Coordinate with marketing team for pre-production cut approvals.
⚫ Update line loading & PPR status on daily basis with guide line
PPC Manager.
⚫ To arrange PPR meetings with all departments before cutting for article
Brief and better execution.
⚫ Planning, scheduling and coordinating production of the company’s
Products
⚫ Evaluating raw materials and equipment to ensure everything is in place
for production
⚫ reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper
Management
⚫ Handling production disruptions and productivity problems
Monitor execution of job orders and adjust job schedule to meetthe

Deadlines.
⚫ Attend daily meetings to prioritize and plan production activities to
maintain on time delivery.
⚫ Review daily reports to identify and address equipment malfunctions,
material shortages and other factory problems

⚫ Order closing (cut to dispatch)

⚫ Follow up of daily efficiency reports
⚫ Sap packing list updating & export invoicing
⚫ Goods issuance, confirmation of production order in SAP
⚫ Organize all documents& office documents
⚫ Follow up ad provide data entry (fabric received from folding dept.,
cutting, stitching, packing feeding & making outbound delivery including
all stitching and packing accessories issuance and consumed in SAP
⚫ planning in sap to allocate fabric to differentwork center as per SAP
Requirement
⚫ Create Routing/bomb cut to pack in sap,
⚫ Run MRP, upload and convert plan order into production order
⚫ Goods issue & good receipt of the production order from cut to pack
⚫ Confirmation of production order
⚫ over all troubleshooting related to SAP
